Professional property host/manager

• The destination for the waterfall trip is about 20–25 minutes away from the resort and is only offered on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
• Resort Credit: The included resort credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• The family pool will be temporarily closed from 27 October 2025 to 31 October 2025 to allow for scheduled maintenance and improvements. The adults only pool will remain open and unaffected during this period.

• Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Up to 2 children 12 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian’s room, using existing bedding.
