RACV Royal Pines Resort is located a short drive from Broadbeach and near popular attractions such as Surfers Paradise, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, Robina Town Centre, an abundance of theme parks and People First Stadium. It takes approximately 35 minutes to drive from Gold Coast Airport (OOL) to the resort. Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily Breakfast (Kalinda): Full buffet breakfast with a selection of hot and cold items, served at Kalinda Restaurant from 6.30am to 10am on weekdays, and 6.30am to 10.30am on weekends. For additional guests, breakfast can be added at check-in for a fee of A$15 per child and A$30 per adult, otherwise a regular price of A$39 per person applies. Payable directly to the resort. Infants (under 4) eat free.
• Daily Breakfast (Executive Lounge): For guests staying in the Executive King or Executive Twin rooms, breakfast must be taken at the Executive Lounge. Guests wishing to dine at Kalinda may do so for a surcharge of A$15 per person, per day, payable directly to the resort.
• A$20 Golf Green Credit: Valid on the public rate only, bookings essential. Not valid with any other offers. No further discount applies to RACV Member rates. Golf can be played daily from 6am to 6pm. The included credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• A$20 One Spa Credit: Applies to standard public One Spa prices, no further discount applies to RACV member rates. One Spa is open daily from 9am to 5pm. Please note, the spa may be closed on public holidays. Bookings are essential. The included credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Complimentary Wine Offer: One bottle of house wine will be provided upon purchase of two main meals at any restaurant at the resort. Offer can be redeemed once per package and is separate from the dining credit.
• Dining Credit: The included food credit must be used during your stay. No restrictions or minimum spend limits apply. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Executive Lounge Access: Children under 13 are permitted in the lounge until 6pm.
• RACV Member Bonuses: Includes guaranteed 2pm late checkout, tennis court hire for one hour (using outside courts, valid once per stay), upgrade to a coastal view room (subject to availability) and exclusive member pricing on theme park tickets and other Gold Coast attractions through RACV Ticketing. Valid for RACV members only. Please present your valid RACV membership card at check-in to receive your bonus inclusions. Terms and conditions apply, for more information please speak to hotel staff.
• Parking is available in undercover or outdoor parking areas. Undercover parking is limited.
• The welcome drink is served at Panorama Lounge and is a beer, wine or soft drink. Please note guests under the age of 18 will be served soft drink only.
