Getting to the Cook Islands is easy! Flights depart direct from Sydney (approx. duration of 6 hours) or via Auckland departing from Melbourne and Brisbane (approx. duration of 10 hours) with carriers such as Virgin Australia, Jetstar and also Air New Zealand.

Flights depart Sydney on a Friday night and arrive in Rarotonga on Friday morning - crossing the dateline. Depart Rarotonga on Thursday and arrive in Sydney the next day (Friday). All other departure points in Australia or departure days from Sydney need to travel via Auckland and an overnight stay might be required.

Within 7 days of purchase we’ll happily provide a full refund on cancellation of your escape (so long as you don’t have a confirmed booking/stay in the next 14 days).

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three people, please see Extra Guest Policy below for surcharges.

Child/Extra Guest Policy: In addition to two adults, a third guest (adult or child) may stay for a surcharge of NZ$100 per night sleeping on a rollaway bed with breakfast, welcome orientation, use of kayaks, snorkelling gear, beach towels and sun loungers, introductory scuba lesson, garden tour, beach hut activities and kids’ club access (for ages 6-12), payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: One child aged two years or younger will not count towards room capacity, one cot per room can be provided for a surcharge of NZ$10 per day, payable directly to the resort.

Connecting rooms are not available.

Daily dinners consist of either an entrée and main or main and dessert.

Each morning guests will receive a daily newsletter with a list of activities for that day. Guests can use this to then book their preferred activities with front desk.

Lagoon cruises operate daily from 2:00pm and 3:30pm.

All surcharges are payable directly to the resort.

Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
