Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of US$75 per adult (12+) and US$37.50 per child (6-12 years) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. • Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice. Daily included dining does not apply to in-room dining.
• Breakfast is a buffet served between 6.30am and 10.30am at Wedang Jahe Restaurant.
• Lunch is two courses, served from 12pm to 3pm at any open restaurant.
• Dinner is two-course and is available at any open restaurant.
• Restaurant opening hours: Tamarind Mediterranean Restaurant and Maguro are open every day for both lunch and dinner. Raja is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, but is open for dinner on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Restaurant hours are subject to change.
• Themed dinners: Themed buffet dinners are mandatory on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
• Guests must be 12+ years to access the resort’s gym, sauna and steam rooms.
• Kids’ Club is available for children aged 3 to 12 years. The Kids’ Club is open from 9am to 6pm. A babysitting service is available at a charge of IDR 65,000+ per hour, per child.
• Free-Flow Alcohol: Daily from 3pm to 6pm at the Chess Bar or the Lobby Bar from a special non-premium drink list.
• Massages: Please ensure you arrive at your scheduled massage 10 minutes prior to the appointment time. Due to high demand, reservations must be made two days in advance. Booking your spa treatment upon your arrival is highly recommended.
• Palace Club Lounge: Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Private transfers must be pre-arranged directly with the hotel. One car can accommodate up to a maximum of four people including luggage.
• The welcome drink is a fruit punch served at the Lobby bar.
• Your Travelshoot voucher will entitle you to A$50 off (or the equivalent value in your paying currency) a Travelshoot package.

Palace Club Privileges

• Private check-in and checkout at the Palace Club Lounge.
• Breakfast served between 6.30am and 10.30am in the Palace Club Lounge.
• Complimentary late checkout available until 3pm on the day of departure.
• Daily afternoon tea from 3pm to 5pm at the Palace Club Lounge.
• Daily extended evening cocktails served with cheeses and canapes in the Palace Club Lounge from 5.30pm to 7pm (in addition to the three hours of free-flow drinks included in your package).
• Welcome fruits and flower upon arrival.
