Mantra Legends Hotel is situated in the heart of Surfers Paradise, a stone’s throw away from the golden sands of Surfers Paradise Beach and the vibrant Cavill Avenue. It’s approximately a one-hour drive from Brisbane and just 30 minutes from Gold Coast Airport (OOL). Airport transfers are not included in your package; please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges

Unlimited Entry to Dreamworld & SkyPoint Observation Deck Inclusions & Fine Print

• Inclusions: Unlimited entry to Dreamworld for the duration of your hotel stay (up to 14 days), unlimited entry to SkyPoint Observation Deck for the duration of your hotel stay (up to 14 days).
• Passes are valid for unlimited entry for duration of accommodation package OR up to 14 days (whichever comes first).
• Children aged 2 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+.
• All maintenance dates and opening hours are tentative only and subject to change, particularly during inclement weather.
• Physical restrictions (including height, weight and age) may apply on some rides and attractions for safety or operational reasons. Please refer to displayed signage, website or Guest Services for specific details.
• Riders must be in good health and free from any potentially adverse medical conditions. Please should seek medical advice if uncertain.
• Guests with pre-existing medical conditions, injuries or disabilities should refer to displayed signage or our website for specific details and present to Park Health before attending any of our rides, slides and attractions to determine specific ride suitability.
• Further specific restrictions may be displayed throughout the park via signage announcements and or staff communication, you must obey these.
• Partial refunds do not apply if entry to attractions or activities were possible but guests choose not to proceed, did not redeem during the validity phase or were ineligible due to failure to meet minimum requirements.
• Attractions are subject to change depending on availability.
• Your official tickets will be added to your accommodation package in your account within 14 days of hotel check-in to allow for any date changes or cancellations within the 45-day flexible cancellation policy.
• Once the Dreamworld ticket has been added to your MyEscapes account it is strictly non-refundable.
• The Dreamworld ticket must be presented upon entry to the theme park to be admitted.
