7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Update 13 January 2026 2:30pm AEST: Tropical Temptation Beach Club will be temporarily closed for renovations and upgrades from 20 January 2026 to 10 February 2026.

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 19 March 2026 during which airports are closed and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.

New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an optional gala dinner is available at an additional surcharge of IDR2,500,000 per adult (12+) and IDR1,250,000 per child (2–11) applies. Infants are at no additional cost. Payable directly to the resort.

Singjara Space Access (select packages only):

Access to Singjara Space is from 7am to 11pm daily, with fresh fruit, coffee, tea and soft drinks available all day for onsite consumption only (select packages only).
Daily afternoon tea at Singaraja Space (select packages only) is from 2pm to 4pm and includes a selection of sandwiches, cookies and sweet snacks.
Daily free-flow drinks at Singaraja Space (select packages only) is from 5.30pm to 6.30pm and includes a selection of beers and white, red and sparkling wine.

InterContinental Club Lounge Access (select packages only):

This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay.
Guests must make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp (+62 823-4558-0600), quoting your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number. The reservations team will confirm your time, cocktail/mocktail drink choice, and any dining at Cliff Restaurant. Strictly no walk-ins, reservations only.
Upon arrival, please provide your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number and booking information. You will be provided with a voucher to redeem your drink choice.
CANNA Bali beach club is open daily from 10am to 10pm (last orders at 9:45pm) & Cliff Restaurant is open Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 10pm, and Friday to Sunday from 11am to 10pm.
If dining at Cliff Restaurant, you must show your reservation confirmation to be permitted entry.
No cameras and no drones are permitted. No food and beverages from outside are permitted.
Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds etc.) at CANNA Bali are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).
Must be 21+ years for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian aged 18+. Children must be supervised at all times.
Pre-Departure Lounge at CANNA Bali: For guests wishing to use the lounge and beach club facilities on the day of departure – if your hotel package includes return airport transfers, please notify our transfer partner of your CANNA Bali pickup when confirming your transfer booking, or by messaging on WhatsApp +62 811 3830 1800 to amend your departure transfer pick-up location.
Transfers to CANNA Bali from your hotel are not included, but can be arranged for an additional cost. Please contact luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com to arrange.
If you do not have included airport transfers, transfers between CANNA Bali and the airport are at an additional cost, please email luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com in advance for booking.
