Getting to Danang is easy. Regular flights are available with Jetstar, Vietnam Airlines and Singapore Airlines, departing most Australian capital cities with one stopover and an approximate flight time of 12 hours. The resort is approximately 20-minutes’ drive from Da Nang International Airport. A convenient airport pickup is included in your package. Please contact the hotel directly with your flight details to organise your transfer.

Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of three hours), Hong Kong (approx flight time of two hours), Dubai (approx flight time of 11 hours with minimum one stopover) and Bangkok (approx flight time two hours).

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No Worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

One Bedroom Residence – Packages are valid for two adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three people. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ below:

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of UAS$60 per night for a six-night package, or USD$55 per night for an eight-night package. Guest will sleep on a rollaway bed with accommodation, breakfast, daily cocktail, included meals and 60-minute spa treatment only. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: One child (aged 11 years and under) may stay for a surcharge of USD$28 per night for a six-night package or USD$25 for an eight-night package. Child will sleep on a sofa bed with accommodation, breakfast included meals and Camp Hyatt access only. Payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: One baby (aged one year and under) may stay free of charge with breakfast included and will count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Two Bedroom Residences – Packages are valid for two adults and two children (aged 11 years and under).
