Deposits: If a deposit is required, the property will contact you directly to organise payment. A security deposit may be required prior to your stay and will be refunded after departure if no damage or outstanding charges are identified.
Damages: A record of the property’s condition may be documented during both arrival and departure. Guests must notify the property immediately of any damages that may occur during their stay.
House Rules: Guests must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during their stay and ensure the property is left in a clean and orderly condition. Compliance with all house rules, including those related to pets and noise disturbance, is mandatory.
Important: The property, transportation and/or destination you are travelling to may have health, insurance and vaccination requirements in place. Please ensure you stay up to date with any requirements prior to your departure.

Please Note
- The pet fee is $50 per pet plus tax, with a $150 refundable deposit. A maximum of two pets is allowed and all pets must be approved prior to arrival. Pets are not permitted at the resort.
- A one-time resort access fee of $35 is required. For groups of more than 13 people, the fee is $45.
- Pool heating is $35 per day and must be booked in advance for the entire stay. A minimum of three nights applies if your stay is shorter.
- Mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional charge.
- A starter kit of basic supplies is provided; guests are responsible for purchasing additional items as needed.
- A gas BBQ grill is included. Guests must clean it after use and replace the propane tank if empty.
- A maximum of four vehicles is allowed per reservation. Trailers, RVs, boats and oversized vehicles are not permitted overnight.
- The pool safety fence must remain in place and secured when the pool or deck is not in use.
- The home has an alarm system. Guests must follow all house rules and local quiet hours.
