Exclusive Sunrise Resort boasts a prime beachfront location on the island of Espiritu Santo in Vanuatu. Solomon Airlines offers direct flights from Brisbane, Australia, twice weekly. Flights are also available from New Zealand and other cities in Australia through Port Vila, Vanuatu’s capital city. The hotel is located approximately a 25-minute drive from Santo International Airport (SON). Airport transfers are included in your package, please see Fine Print.

Child Policy: Please note that children (17 years and under) are not permitted and cannot be accommodated.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice
• Daily a la carte breakfast is served at Sunset Restaurant from 7.30am–9am.
• Daily a la carte lunch is served at Sunset Restaurant from 12pm–2pm. Guests can also enjoy picnic or BBQ lunches during day excursions.
• Afternoon tea with coffee is served daily from 3pm–4pm in the dining area, by the pool, or in your room upon request. Includes choice of tea or coffee paired with a homemade afternoon tea treat.
• Nightly three-course a la carte dinner is served from 6pm–7:30pm in the resort’s dining areas, with the option for in-room dinner upon request. One night is allocated to the private bridge sitting area. The menu features a rolling selection that changes each night.
• One romantic three-course a la carte dinner on the beach or jetty is included per package. Advance booking is required.
• Weekly Cocktail Evening is held on Wednesdays from 5pm–6pm on the private bridge. Guests receive two signature cocktails per couple with canapes.
• Bottle of wine or sparkling wine is provided in-room on arrival (7+ night packages only).
• Excursions are scheduled for set days each week and include: Blue Hole tours, Champagne Beach and Port Olry excursion with lunch at a local restaurant, Marine Adventure boat tour to see dugongs and turtles, Town and Market Visit with the chef, Waterfall Tour, WWII Museum tour, and traditional Kava Tasting experience. Exact schedule is confirmed during your stay.
• Excursions cannot be rescheduled and are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Guests are not required to attend. The resort reserves the right to change the schedule due to weather, staffing and other circumstances.
• One 30-minute massage for two adults per package must be taken together and booked in advance. Massages can be redeemed from 9am–3pm.
• Guests staying 7+ nights receive one upgraded 60-minute massage per adult (select packages only) instead of the 30-minute couples massage. Advance booking is required. Massages can be redeemed from 9am– 3pm.
• Daily use of snorkelling gear, kayaks and stand-up paddleboards is included.
• Return airport transfers include a private meet and greet service. Please contact the resort with your flight number, date and expected arrival time three days before arrival. There are no baggage restrictions; however, if you are travelling with excessive baggage, please inform the resort before arrival.
• Wi-Fi is available in public areas of the resort. Please note that it may not be the fastest due to limitations in Espiritu Santo. Guests may not be able to access Wi-Fi from their villas.
• This is an adults-only resort for guests aged 18 and above.
