This is an Easy and Entry Level Trek which is suitable for people aged between 10 and 80 years or age. Please note, that a normal standard of fitness is required to complete the trek. If you have any health issues please consult your doctor before purchasing

Day 1: Kathmandu
After Arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport transfer to hotel Holy Himalaya, at evening the orientation will be at the Kathmandu hotel and at evening welcome dinner with Cultural program (A program with dances and singing from different ethnic groups and cast of Nepalese community with Nepalese dinner). Day 2: Full day Sightseeing of Kathmandu Valley
Morning yoga and after breakfast full day sightseeing of Kathmandu valley (Kapan Monastery or Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, Swaymbhunath Stupa and Patan Durbar Square). Overnight at Hotel Holy Himalaya. (B)
Day 3: Kathmandu to Pokhara by flight 30 minutes. Overnight at Hotel Mount Kailash Resort.

Optional Bhutan Extension (Surcharges Apply)
Day 1: After breakfast fly to Bhutan.
On a clear day the panoramic views of the Himalaya are sensational, including Everest, but particularly exciting is the approach through the Bhutanese foothills and the landing, including a few steep turns to land at the tiny airstrip of Paro. In Paro you will be received by your Bhutanese guide and transferred to Hotel.
Day 2: Full day Paro Valley sightseeing.
Visit Drugyel Dzong, the ruined victorious fortress of the Drukpas, which once defended Paro from Tibetan invasion. On a clear day you can see spectacular view of sacred Mt. Jumolhari from the vicinity of Dzong area. On the way back view Taktsang Monastery, the most famous and sacred monastery of Bhutan perched on the side of a cliff at 900m above the valley floor. The name Taktsang means Tiger's Nest. Evening stroll around Paro town.
Day 3: Thimphu Sightseeing.
After the breakfast drive to Thimphu city tour, morning visit National Library, Paper Factory, Bhutan’s National Animal – Takins, Visit the Memorial Chorten (Stupa built in memory of Third King of Bhutan) Zilukha Nunnery. [After lunch] Dechenphodrang Monastery, Thimphu Dzong (fortress in Bhutan) can be visited after 5pm in summer and 4pm winter, Overnight at Thimphu
Day 4: Thimphu-Paro Hike to Taktshang Monastery (Tiger’s nest):
This is Bhutan’s most recognizable cultural icon perched 800m/2640ft up a seemingly sheer cliff. Although it was tragically and mysteriously consumed by fire in April 1998 it has now been restored to its former glory. It is believed that in the 8th century, the great tantric master Guru Rimopche/ Padmasambhava (2nd Buddha) flew on the back of a tigress to the site where the monastery now stands. Three hours hike (to and fro) Visit. Later stroll around the town and see how locals live. Overnight in Paro.
Day 5: After breakfast, drive to Paro International airport and fly to Kathmandu or Bangkok
After arrival at Kathmandu airport transfer to Hotel Holy Himalaya (B)
Day 6: Departure
