- Concession rates are valid for holders of an Australian Concession card that must be presented at check-in
- Child rate applies for children aged 4–14. Children aged 3 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
- Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Lady Musgrave Experience for passenger and crew safety
- Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
- Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
- Late arrivals and no-shows void offer
Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before experience date: 5% cancellation fee applies
- Cancellations made within than 48 hours before experience date: 50% cancellation fee applies
- Cancellations within 24 hours of experience date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
Changes to Booking 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
