• From 2 days before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 2 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Available every day: 6.30am – 2pm OR 11.30am – 6pm (Times vary according to pick-up/drop-off locations)
• Bookings valid to 31 December 2024
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return transfers available from Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Kuta, Seminyak, Sanur, and central Ubud hotels. Please advise of accommodation location at time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Dates are on request and will be confirmed by ICS Travel Group within 1-3 business days
• Private transfers are available from Nusa Dua, jimbaran, Kuta, Seminyak, Sanur and Ubud Centre only
• Start and dnd times are approximate. ICS Travel Group will confirm the pick up and drop off time when the booking has been confirmed
• A minimum of two guests are required to proceed with the tour
• Children under 6 years old are not permitted
