Important:

• Please note there is a limit of eight single and four double kayaks per experience
• Single kayaks may be used by children alone, depending on their individual skill level. Please contact Sydney Kayak Experience directly to discuss
• Bookings are subject to availability
• Please note the start time is approximate as sunrise times change during the year. Sydney Kayak Experience will contact you the day prior to confirm the exact meeting time
• People with access needs are welcome, please specify at the time of booking
• Sydney Kayak Experience are an all-weather experience, kayaking during the time of the Sunset, Sunrise and mid-morning, but cannot guarantee what the sunset/sunrise or weather will be. Don’t forget to bring a raincoat in case of rain and dress for the conditions on the day

Terms & Conditions:

• This experience is not suitable for children under the age of 12. All children must be supervised by an adult at all times
• Sydney Kayak Experience reserves its right to determine the suitability of the weather and other conditions on the day for participation in the Kayaking Activity and is at liberty to cancel the Kayaking Activity at its own discretion. Sydney Kayak Experience will notify you via email of such cancellation the day before your activity, and offer an alternative date for your tour
• If Sydney Kayak Experience have indicated in the previous day weather update email that the kayaking activity is safe to go ahead, but it may be a wet activity, and you would like to reschedule due to possible rain, you can opt to reschedule up until 6pm the night before your tour, for a non-refundable rebooking fee of 15%. This late reschedule fee covers the cost of the Guides that are booked to run the activity that is due to go ahead. This rebooking option is only available if a wet-weather email has been sent by Sydney Kayak Experience and the rebooking is outlined as an option in this email, otherwise, the standard cancellation and no show policy will apply
• Sydney Kayak Experience will not be responsible for any inconvenience (financial or otherwise) caused by cancellation of the activities upon your arrival at the location determined for the kayaking activity
• In the interest of protecting the health and well-being of Sydney Kayak Experience staff and guests, you may not attend your scheduled kayaking activity if you have been diagnosed with COVID-19

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure date: 10% cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 72 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
