• Valid for one-way transfer to/from Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN) to Ho Chi Minh City hotels OR Mui Ne region hotels, as selected at time of booking
• Valid for the travel location selected at the time of purchase only — please make your selection carefully
• Please note: Please have your main contact number active once landed, as it will be used for main communication to be in touch with the driver either by regular call, text message or through internet call connection (such as WhatsApp)
• Maximum wait time for a transfer is one hour. Late arrivals exceeding one hour and no-shows will void offer and no refunds apply
• Transfer valid for up to three or six passengers, as selected (note: a passenger is considered as one adult, child or infant)
• Infant & Child booster seats: Infant or child seats are available on request free of charge. Alternatively, guests can bring their own
  • Maximum of two (2) infant seats permitted per car
• Rates may be subject to change depending on additional governmental taxes or fees

• Rates are per vehicle and are valid for one-way OR return transfers, as selected at time of booking
• Valid for transfers to and/or from Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN) only
• Surcharges:
  • Overtime surcharge from VND105,000 per transfer applies for any travel from 9pm–5am
  • Overtime surcharge from VND315,000 per transfer applies for arrival transfers to Melia Ho Tram Beach Resort, Angsana and Dhawa after 9pm
  • A surcharge from VND200,000 applies for three-person transfers to An Lam Retreats Saigon River and Villa Song Saigon
  • A surcharge from VND300,000 applies for six-person transfers to An Lam Retreats Saigon River and Villa Song Saigon
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer and no refund is applicable. If there are changes to your flights, please advise ahead of time with as much notice as possible
• Luggage restrictions:
  • Luggage capacity for up to three people transfer: Three (3) pieces of luggage
  • Luggage capacity for up to six people transfer: Six (6) pieces of luggage
  • Any luggage that does not fit in the vehicle must travel separately at the passenger’s own cost`
• Vehicle is subject to change depending on availability without notice. The appropriate vehicle type will be allocated based on number of passengers
• Transfer is not confirmed until you have provided the above information in How to Redeem to the provider at least 72 hours in advance of flight arrival
