• From 2 days before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 2 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Bookings valid to 31 October 2026

Important:

• Please ensure you have all relevant travel documentation ready for presentation at the airport
• Service valid at Phuket International Airport (HKT) for International arrivals only
• Service concludes after immigration counter assistance

Terms & Conditions:

• Rate is valid for one person aged 3+
• Infants aged 0–2 are free of charge – please advise of any infants at time of booking
• Limit of two pieces of luggage per passenger for porter service. Each piece of luggage larger than 56 x 36 x 23 cm will be charged a surcharge from THB 100 per luggage item. Payment must be made directly to ICS Thailand
