If weather conditions are not suitable, a free upgrade to a Microlight or Ultralight aircraft will be offered at no additional cost. If you do not wish to change the aircraft, please notify us at the time we inform you of the weather forecast, usually 1 day in advance or on the day of the activity. If no notice is given and the customer refuses to fly after pickup service has been provided, no refund will be issued.
