Important:
- Please allow six hours for this entire experience: 2.5 hours for zipline, 2.5 hours for hot pool experience
- Rotorua Ziplines provide all safety gear
- Guests must be aged 5 years and above
- Guests aged under 15 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+
- All zipliners will need to be able to walk about 400m through the forest on the boardwalks
- Unfortunately, we are unable to take those that are pregnant or those with certain medical conditions. If you have any medical conditions that may affect your ziplining or if you exceed the maximum weight of 130kg, please call Rotorua Ziplines to discuss prior to booking
- Hot pool transfer is subject to minimum numbers
- There are free lockers and changing rooms available
