Create your own culinary adventure with a selection from their Modern Australian menu, served beside sky-high views of Melbourne’s Yarra River and a glass of sparkling wine on arrival to toast your meal ahead. Take time to revel in the flavours of every course, including a smaller plate, a larger plate, and a dessert of your choosing. Each dish on the menu is meticulously crafted with local ingredients sourced from passionate farmers and small producers across the state to create a delightful dining experience to remember.
