- Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
- The level of protection provided by carriages in inclement weather depends on the carriage style. While most of the carriage fleet offers some degree of protection, please be aware that you may get wet if it is raining
- In the unlikely event of unsafe weather conditions, Hunter Valley Classic Carriages may decide to transfer your tour to a bus, if available. If no other option is feasible, Hunter Valley Classic Carriages reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your booking for a later date
- Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or the unpredictable nature of working with animals. In the event of delays, Hunter Valley Classic Carriages will make every effort to notify you promptly
Cancellations:
- This experience is nonrefundable and nontransferable
- No refund will be provided for cancellations due to any reason, including no-shows, change of mind on the day, late arrival, failure to contact Hunter Valley Classic Carriages regarding changes, misinterpretation of instructions provided on meeting locations or itinerary, or finding cheaper rates or alternative activities
