• Please ensure you are at the location 20 minutes prior to the departure. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Exclusions: Meals, drinks, and hotel transfers. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Please allow up to 1.5 hours for this experience, including safety briefings
• Go Pros, phones, and cameras are not permitted. Your experience includes free digital souvenir photos that will be sent via the FotaFlow application
• Wet weather gear is not provided; ponchos are available for purchase on the day

Terms & Conditions:

• Child policy: Children aged 8–15 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) to participate. One adult can accompany maximum two children. Parents/guardians are responsible for their children at all times. When considering whether the activity will be right for your child, please consider their maturity, ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
• Participant requirements:
  • All participants must be in good health, able to climb 45-degree angles, climb up and down 150 steps, and manoeuvre body under low beams
  • Minimum height of 100cm and maximum height of 220cm applies
  • Minimum weight of 30kg and maximum weight of 120kg applies
  • You must have a blood alcohol reading of under 0.05 to participate. Breath tests may be applied
  • Seniors aged 70–74 must submit a medical health assessment prior to departure
  • All participants will be required to complete a waiver prior to commencement
• Climbs proceed in most weather conditions, including rain. Climbs may be postponed in the event of inclement conditions such as electrical storms, high winds or extreme heat

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 10 days before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 2 – 10 days of departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 24 – 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• Changes requested more than 10 days before departure date: no date change fees
• Changes requested within 2 – 10 days of departure date: A$20 fee per person
• Changes requested within 24 – 48 hours of departure date: A$40 fee per person
• No changes can be accommodated within 24 hours of departure. All changes are subject to availability
