• From 1 day before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pick-up date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of pick-up date and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Not valid: Saturday, and special event days such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day
• Orders must be placed by phone at least 24 hours in advance by 5pm

• Merivale location: 17 Papanui Road, Merivale, Christchurch 8014, NZ
• Sydenham location: 290 Colombo Street, Sydenham, Christchurch 8023, NZ
• Bookings valid to 31 August 2024
