• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before tour start time

Important:

• Please note, this tour operates in NSW where Daylight Savings Time runs from October to April annually. During this time, NSW is one hour ahead of QLD. If you are travelling from QLD during this time, please make the necessary adjustments to your schedule
• Please allow up to 2.5 hours for this experience
• You will be supplied with thermal padding in winter
• By undertaking this tour, you are agreeing you are physically fit and in good health to cope with a guided kayak tour
• Please note, you will be on the water for a considerable amount of time
• Guests who are more than 15 weeks pregnant should consider the safety risks prior to booking. Go Sea Kayak advise against kayaking after this stage of pregnancy
• If you are prone to sea or motion sickness, please take appropriate medication PRIOR to your tour. No refunds will be given should you become sea sick on the tour
• Please restrict your alcohol intake on the evening prior to your tour. Excessive alcohol consumption can cause sea sickness
• You will be kayaking on the ocean – heavy clothing is not recommended
• A full safety briefing and kayaking “basics” lesson will be provided prior to your tour by guides
• Food and drinks not mentioned are not included. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Tours operate in the rain – please prepare accordingly

Terms & Conditions:

• All guests must be aged 3+ to participate in this experience
• Children aged 3–15 must be accompanied by an adult aged 16+
• Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions. Unsafe wind and swell may force a cancellation or postponement of your tour. In this case, Go Sea Kayak Byron Bay will contact you via SMS and email to reschedule or refund you according to your preference. Please keep your mobile phone switched on on the morning of your tour
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or reschedule
