Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 1 day before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before reservation date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of reservation date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Important:

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to session start time. Late arrival may shorten booking time
• Parking is complimentary within Sofitel Brisbane Central for all appointments of three (3) hours in duration or more. Under three (3) hours, a subsidised parking fee of $10 will be incurred. Stephanies Spa Retreat is located within Sofitel Brisbane Central on the Pool Terrace, Level 3
• Individual treatment results may vary
• Treatments may be performed concurrently
• Treatments are free of jewellery; please leave any valuable items in your hotel room or home. Lockers are provided in the changing rooms
• For male guests, shaving before any facial therapies is recommended
