• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Valid for Denpasar International Airport (DPS) Premier Lounge (International Departures) only
• Use of lounge is available for three hours prior to flight
• Complimentary access applies for children under 2 accompanying a paying adult. Children aged 2 years old or above will be charged as adults
• Children must be accompanied at all times by an adult who is at least 18 years old
• Any excess amount and additional purchases must be paid directly to ICS Travel Group
• Must be 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Surcharges apply for those who exceed the allocated access duration, payable directly to venue
• Guests shall ensure that they are at all times appropriately dressed and behave in an appropriate manner
