• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Private transfers are available from Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Kuta, Seminyak, Sanur and central Ubud. Please advise of accommodation location at time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Child rate applies for children aged 2–12 and be under the supervision of a parent or adult guardian at all times. Children under 2 may attend free of charge – please advise at time of booking
• Food and drink is not included in this experience. Any excess amount must be paid directly to Bali Zoo
• Please allow up to three hours for this experience
• Minimum two people required for tour to operate
