• Children must be aged 6+ to participate in this experience. Children under 5 may attend free of charge – please advise at the time of booking. All children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a paying parent/adult guardian at all times (18+)

• Senior rates are valid for holders of an Australian Seniors card that must be presented at check-in
• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Coral Bay Ecotours for passenger and crew safety
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled. Maximum passenger numbers for any tour may vary

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made post-booking confirmation: 25% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations made less than 7 days from experience date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

• Changes requested between 2–4 days before experience date: 25% change fee applies
• Changes requested less than 24 hours from experience date: 50% change fee applies
• Any changes are at Coral Bay Ecotour’s discretion
