Shane Delia brings a wealth of expertise and passion for Middle Eastern cuisine, shaped by years exploring the region’s rich traditions. As owner and head chef of Melbourne’s award-winning Maha, he’s celebrated for his innovative flavours and has earned global recognition as host of Shane Delia’s Spice Journey, broadcast in 135+ countries. In 2022, he received the prestigious Melbourne Award for his impact on the city’s culinary culture.

Jason Edwards

With over three decades capturing the natural world across every continent, Jason Edwards has built one of the most extensive portfolios in his field. His work has featured in National Geographic, BBC Wildlife, Australian Geographic, Condé Nast Traveler and more, earning global recognition and awards for his contributions to wildlife and conservation. Beyond photography, his hands-on expertise comes from years working with scientists, conservationists and local communities on projects from African mountain patrols and lemur rehabilitation in Madagascar to documenting climate change in Antarctica.

Nick O'Hern

One of Australia’s best professional golfers, Nick O’Hern has earned his stellar reputation through consistent play and a winning mindset – one that inspired his essential books, ‘Tour Mentality – Inside the Mind of a Tour Pro’ and ‘How to Play Your Best Golf’. Turning his attentions to now uplifting promising talent on the green, Nick enjoys sharing the secret skills that helped him become the only man to beat World No. 1 Tiger Woods twice during match play.

Bree Ogilvy

Bree Ogilvy knows her way around a golf course – and a TV camera. When she’s not lighting up the screen as a presenter on ‘How Good Is Golf’, reporting on the Australian Open Golf, or fronting major brands like Genesis and Taylormade, Bree can be found fine-tuning her game on the fairways. A Division 1 pennant player turned media personality, she’s a proud member of both Commonwealth and Barham Golf Clubs and plays off an impressive six handicap. Miguel Maestre

Chef, restaurateur, TV personality and author: Miguel Maestre does it all for love. As a world traveler, the Botswana and Zambia safari is the best trip I have ever done. The accommodation was luxury, the staff and guides were amazing and the trip exceeded all my expectations.
