• You MUST arrive 15 minutes before your tour is due to start or your place on the tour may be sold. Wētā Workshop does not offer refunds or other compensation if you are late and miss your tour departure. Guests who wish to rebook their tour must pay the full cost of the new booking

• Bookings are essential and subject to availability. There is limited availability for high-season periods (October – April). It is recommended you book as far in advance as possible
• Infants (0–4) receive free admission but must be booked in prior to tour
• There is no luggage storage in the Wētā Cave or within the tour spaces
• Photography is strictly prohibited whilst in the tour spaces
• On-street parking is free but can get busy. Please allow ample time to find a parking space

Terms & Conditions:

• Wētā Workshop reserves the right to reasonably refuse entry with no refund given, and/or request guests to leave Unleashed due to disruptive behaviour, including but not limited to, verbal attacks on Wētā Workshop staff and/or other visitors to Unleashed
• Guests cannot take video or audio recordings inside Unleashed without the express consent of the Wētā Workshop staff. Weta Workshop reserves the right to check recording devices brought into its tour spaces, including, but not limited to, smartphones
