Very handy location close to Central station, Capital theatre, transport, cafes, pubs, Chinatown and restaurants. Staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was well appointed with comfortable bed, coffee machine, kitchenette, full laundry facilities, dining suite, lounge and cold air conditioning. Bathroom was a bit on the small side but very tidy and no breakfast available but given location not a problem, we had good city view. A bit pricey but worth the cost for a quick trip.

Very spacious and clean rooms! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Staff were available 24/7 and very friendly. Check-in was quick and easy and they allowed a late check out at 11am at no extra cost. Upon checkout they are happy to keep our luggage for as long as we needed until it was time to leave to the airport. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Central location, walkable to the main tourist spots. I arrived early morning and they let me check in at 8 am with no extra pay and gave me a 1 bedroom when I booked a studio. Very spacious room with amenities, like laundry, dryer and full kitchen. Pool, hot tub and sauna were nice while well maintained. Keep in mind there’s no daily housekeeping and while I stayed here, there was construction but it didn’t bother me or spoil my stay

We recently stayed here on a visit to Sydney. Location, especially in reference to the airport and public transport was fantastic. On arrival, we had been placed on 34th floor in a room with a dirty table, a very poorly made bed and a non-working air con. We were reassigned to another room, on the 18th floor without delay. Regrettably, in reference to customer service, it was a little lack lustre - especially by comparison to our previous stay at Meriton Suites World Tower. ON being reassigned to a room, we needed to return to the desk to be issued a new keycard. We were told on arrival that there were elevator upgrades being done and we should expect noise during business hours. Additionally, when a friend came to book a room for the last night of our stay, we were told the staff couldn’t book on site, needed to be booked online. When our login wasn’t working to book, the staff member on site offered no assistance or support in getting a booking done. Ultimately, my friend took her money to another hotel as booking into this one was too hard. We would stay at this location again, but only for short periods and primarily due to location.
