Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. Guided Wine Experience Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: This experience includes a two-hour guided wine tasting, a vineyard walk, and a cheese platter. Stroll along the 1837 Barossa Art Trail and visit the Barossa Col Light Monument. Start with a welcome glass of 1837 Barossa sparkling wine at the Pavilion, followed by an introduction to winemaking. Participate in a guided tasting of six 1837 Barossa wines, including reserve selections. You’ll also enjoy an additional glass of your favorite wine from the tasting, along with a gourmet pizza.
• Runs Wednesday to Sunday, 11am to 1pm. Please book your desired date and time on your My Escapes page after purchase.
• Transfers to and from 1837 Barossa estate, take-home wines or merchandise from the 1837 Barossa shop are not included.
• A minimum of two adults (18+) is required to book this experience. Children under 18 are not permitted.
• Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing for the outdoor portion of your experience.
• Please advise of any dietary requirements at the time of booking.
