7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days before the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for a credit up to 45 days before the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

- Tuesday to Thursday 5pm–11pm; Friday to Saturday 5pm–late; closed Monday to Sunday.
- Includes one house beer, wine or spirit per guest per night.
- On Sundays and Mondays, guests will be able to redeem their nightly drink at the pop-up venue on Level 1 until December, and after planned rooftop bar reopening in December, at The Cleo.

- Includes: Guided tour through laneways and arcades, Chinese dumplings, French-style sweet treats, gelato, three flavours at a unique chocolate store, one coffee at a renowned Melbourne cafe and a drink at a laneway bar.
- Booking requests are made via online booking tool. Bookings are REQUEST ONLY and subject to availability, please book in advance to avoid disappointment. Walk Melbourne Tours will confirm booking within 72 hours.
- This tour is provided by Walk Melbourne.
- Vegetarians are well catered for; however, vegan or gluten-free options may be limited.
- Tours run Monday to Saturday, starting at 1.30pm for a duration of up to three hours.
- The tour covers approximately two kilometres.
- Please meet your Walk Melbourne guide at Bourke Street Mall, on the steps at the entrance to the H&M store (not the entrance from Little Bourke Street or Elizabeth Street).
- The tour is not recommended for children under 10.
- The maximum group size is 10 people.
- The walking tour inclusion is not valid for additional guests.
