Important:

• Guests must complete a pre-arrival waiver sent via email
• All guests must follow staff instructions at all times to ensure the safety of all guests and to provide the best possible experience
• Photo ID and Bond deposit are required when collecting hire equipment. Some equipment is subject to maximum weight and minimum age restrictions
• Life vests are available upon request but are not compulsory
• If any of the Sunreef hire equipment is left in a damaged state or lost, the participant will require to replace or repair the item at Sunreef’s sole discretion
• No drones, flash photography or videography is permitted
• No alcohol is to be brought on the vessel
• No weight belts or duck diving permitted during the snorkelling experience
• All personal gear brought onto the vessel is solely your responsibility
• Please allow 2.5 hours for this experience

Terms & Conditions:

• Children under 16 years old must be always accompanied by an adult (on board or in the water, also please be aware that they must be strong swimmers for this activity)
• Children under 8 are not permitted
• This tour is not suitable for pregnant women or people with mobility restrictions (wheelchair or walker users)
• Participants must be able to swim competently in the open water, guests should be aware this can be a strenuous activity
• All tours are dependent on weather and sea conditions. All customers who do not receive an email or text message confirmation the afternoon prior to their tour, must contact Sunreef Mooloolaba by phone on 07 5444 5666 between 3.30pm and 5pm the day prior to their trip for a weather check and to confirm departure time.
• Any cancellation due to weather will result in rescheduling where possible and if not a full refund
• Minimum numbers apply to this tour. If minimum numbers are not met, your tour may be rescheduled
