Changes to Booking

48 hours’ notice is required when making a change to your booking

• Camera, hat, sunglasses, enclosed shoes and warm clothing (especially in the cooler months)
• In the interest of reducing plastic and protecting our marine environment, please consider bringing your own reusable water bottle

Important:

• Experiences operate in the natural environment, which can be subject to change. If the live weather conditions are different to what is forecast, CoastXP may choose to postpone or cancel your cruise. If this happens, bookings can be rescheduled (subject to availability) or refunded (excluding any booking fees or transaction fees). If there is light rain on the day, the cruise will still run

• Boat tours are available for passengers aged 5+ only

Terms & Conditions:

• Your tour will have an extremely high success rate of seeing humpback whales during peak season. While CoastXP cannot guarantee you will see whales (as they are wild marine mammals) if whales are not spotted on a designated whale watch tour, you will be offered a free return trip on another subsequent tour date – this ticket is subject to availability, must be used within the same whale-watching season and during a tour with other paying passengers onboard. Additional terms and conditions may apply
• All children must be accompanied by an adult
• Guests with any medical condition, injury, potential health risk or who are pregnant must advise CoastXP prior to your departure, it is recommended that these passengers do not partake in CoastXP experiences and if so, do at their own risk
• CoastXP reserves the right to cancel, change or adapt any tour it sees fit allowing for weather, safety, operational or equipment concerns. CoastXP will always contact you using the contact details listed on your booking, should your experience need to be cancelled or adapted for any of the above reasons. CoastXP will not be held liable for any loss or expense incurred by the passenger caused by such cancellation, change or adaptation
