• Not valid: Monday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday, public holidays, and special event days including Valentine’s Day and during ballooning championships
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return transfers are available from Glenn Place, Burswood 6100, Western Australia. Please meet at the bus bay
• You will receive a text message the afternoon before your flight with an exact meeting time. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before this time. Please note, meeting times change frequently – do not rely on the times stated on your booking information

Important:

• Exclusions: Hotel transfers
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Check-in time for tours varies based on the time of sunrise and fluctuates depending on the time of year
• Hot air balloon rides are shared, meaning you will likely share your ride with other guests
• At the time of booking the weight of each passenger is collected to ensure proper weight distribution and balance of the hot air balloon. This information helps assign the right number of passengers to each balloon, guaranteeing comfort and safety. For passengers over 130kg, please contact info@libertyballoonflights.com.au before booking
• Flight time is approximately 45–60 minutes. Please allow up to 3–4 hours for the entire experience, including travel time
• No step-free access is available

Terms & Conditions:

• Valid for day and package type selected at time of purchase – please make your selection carefully
• This experience is not suitable for children under 6
• No pregnancies at the time of flight
• No broken bones or recent surgery at the time of flight
• Passengers must be able to stand for the duration of the flight (approximately 60 minutes)
• Passengers should be able to jump off the second step of a ladder
• Must be in good general health
• A signed waiver of liability is required for all guests flying and/or riding in Liberty Balloon Flights vehicles
• Flights are subject to minimum passenger numbers, weather and flying conditions and may be altered or cancelled at the discretion of Liberty Balloon Flights for passenger safety
• Liberty Balloon Flight is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings, injuries, or damages sustained from participation in hot air balloon rides
• If a passenger is 15 or more minutes late to check-in for their hot air balloon ride, Liberty Balloon Flight has the right to cancel the passenger(s) hot air balloon ride and no refund applies

Cancellations:

• This experience is non-refundable after 7 days from purchase or once redeemed/booked
• Customers will be eligible for a 12-month validity extension if they have had three flight bookings cancelled by Liberty Balloon Flights
• Any rescheduling request made after voucher has expired will incur additional fees if less than 3 confirmed flight attempts have been registered

Changes to Booking:

• 7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
• Changes by Operator: Liberty Balloon Flights will email you a Reschedule Flight Request if your flight is cancelled; reply to this email with your available dates
