• Exclusions: Additional drinks and hotel transfers
• Ticket includes light refreshments and one soft drink, juice or water per person. Guests are welcome to bring their own drinks, including alcoholic drinks if aged 18+ and no corkage fees apply
• Special dietary requirements cannot be accommodated on Vivid Sydney Cruises
• Please allow up to 1.5 hours for this experience, including boarding and disembarking time

Terms & Conditions:

• Children aged 17 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult, parent or guardian
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Cruises are generally not affected by weather and the cruise proceeds in all weather conditions, as vessels contain indoor and outdoor areas. If Sea Sydney Harbour deems the weather conditions unsafe, your cruise will be rescheduled to an alternate date
• Itinerary is subject to change without notice depending on weather and sailing conditions
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability

Cancellations:

• This experience is non-refundable and non-transferable

Changes to Booking:

• Seven (7) days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
• Proposed rescheduled dates must be within 12 months of the original booking date otherwise you will be deemed to have cancelled the booking and requests are at the discretion of Sea Sydney Harbour
• Maximum one rescheduling request per booking
• All rescheduling requests and cancellations must be made in writing to info@seasydneyharbour.com.au
