• All tickets are non-refundable
• Cancellations requested within 2 days prior to the booking are subject to approval and may be transferable if approved

Changes to Booking

Changes to booking cannot be accommodated

• Please wear sunscreen and a waterproof jacket is recommended during cooler months
• No high heels

Every day

Availability:

• Available every day: 9.15am, 10.15am, 11.15am, 1.00pm, 2.00pm and 3.00pm
• Departure Point: San Remo Jetty in San Remo. Staff will be waiting to greet you in the car park and escort you to the boats
• Please check in at least 10 minutes prior to your departure time
• During busy periods such as school holidays and weekends, please allow extra time for parking at your departure location

Important:

• This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended
• Bookings are limited and subject to availability. Please book early to avoid disappointment
• Meals, drinks and transfers are not included. Any excess amount is payable directly to Ocean Adventures Phillip Island
• You will experience spray from the water during the ride so a jacket is recommended in cooler months. Plastic ponchos are available upon request

Terms & Conditions:

• Children must be 5 and over to ride
• Passengers under 18 yeras must have an adult sign on their behalf
• Passengers must meet the minimum height requirement of 110cm
• Passengers who are pregnant, suffer from back, neck or heart conditions and/or any other pre-existing conditions or injuries must not ride the Thundercat.
• Passengers who ride the Thundercat do so at their own risk and must sign a release of liability/assumption of risk prior to boarding
• Thundercat boat rides are minimum number and weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Ocean Adventures Phillip Island. Participants will be informed within a reasonable timeframe of a cancellation and attempts will be made to reschedule at no cost, or a compensatory gift voucher will be supplied
• Thundercat boat rides dates and times may be changed or cancelled due to weather and passenger numbers
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Late arrivals and no-shows void offer
• If passengers are late, the ride time will be reduced accordingly and/or a $25 per person rebooking fee will be applied

Cancellations:

• This experience is non-refundable

Changes to Booking:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made, subject to availability and at Ocean Adventures’ discretion only

Please Note:

• Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
