Important:

• Valid from any bus stop along the City and Bondi Beach routes
• Tickets are valid for 48 hours, starting from the time you board the first bus. For example, if you board the bus at 12pm, your ticket will be valid until 12pm two days later
• The full City Route (red) lasts about 1.75 hours, depending on traffic. The full Bondi Beach Route (blue) lasts about 1.5 hours, depending on traffic
• The lower decks of all buses are wheelchair accessible, with ramps enabling access to all vehicles boarding areas are also wheelchair accessible. There is space for one wheelchair per bus
• All buses have a pre-recorded commentary in your choice of eight languages including English, Spanish, Italian, German, French, Mandarin, Korean and Japanese. Commentary is broadcast via complimentary earphones that you will receive when you board the bus
• Food, drinks, entry to attractions and other services not specified above are not included in the tour. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the vendors or venues visited

• Ticket must be used across consecutive days
• Child rate is valid for guests aged 3–15. Children under 3 may travel free of charge. All children must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 16
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• On rare occasions, Big Bus Sydney may need to temporarily suspend all services in the instance of very poor weather or for unplanned city events. Vendor will do their best to notify customers of any service amendments or suspensions
