Cancellations are to be made no less than 7 days prior to the booking date. Late arrivals, no shows or participants who are unable to complete the activity due to personal confidence levels will not be eligible for a refund

Changes to booking

7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Closed toe shoes are mandatory
• Comfortable, flexible clothing is advised
• Refreshments and snacks are sold onsite, however if you prefer to BYO, please refrain from bringing plastic bottles and containers

• Available hours: Monday – Friday: 9.45am-5pm
• Not valid: Saturday and Sunday
• The Short Circuit is a one-hour experience including briefing and harnessing
• Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your booking

Terms & Conditions:

• In the event of high winds, electrical storms and high-level bushfire warnings, Live Wire Park will close
• Please check the Live Wire Park website and social media for live weather updates
• The Super Circuit and Short Circuit is not suitable for pregnant women, persons with a heart condition, high blood pressure or knee, hip, ankle or back problems
• If you require special assistance, please call Live Wire Park in advance to let them know if any extra arrangements need to be made
• Maximum weight limit of 120kg applies for participants
• There is a 110cm height minimum for participants
• Please note that children under 16 must be supervised by a parent or caregiver at all times. All parents and caregivers must purchase a General Admission ticket
• Groups of children greater than 4 must be accompanied by a paying adult
