• Meeting Point: Rottnest Island Visitor Centre – 1 Henderson Ave, Rottnest Island WA 6161. Your guide will meet you at the base of the main passenger jetty to begin your tour
• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• Child rate applies for children aged 4–14. Children aged 3 and under are not permitted. All children must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+

• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled. Guests will be offered a full refund or change of date per their preference

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made up to 48 hours before departure date: full refund less any booking fees and bank fees
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
