• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100% Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply

• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Please arrive 15 minutes before scheduled booking time
• Bookings valid to 30 September 2026

Important:

• Bookings are subject to availability
• Time Tripper is suitable for all ages. Children love the dinosaurs but Murray the Mosasaur can be a little bit scary! Child tickets are valid for those aged 3–14, and infants aged 0–2 are free of charge
• Please allow up to 30 minutes for total experience, including 15-minute movie and 15-minute underwater viewing session
• Food and drinks are not allowed in the theatre
• Unfortunately, this experience is not wheelchair accessible
• No filming or recording is permitted during the movie

Terms & Conditions:

• Time Tripper reserves the right to cancel or postpone sessions at its sole discretion and will re-book or refund the ticket purchase price if a session is cancelled or postponed by us
• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable. Refunds are granted solely at the discretion of Time Tripper Management
• Session times can be moved and re-booked if original date and time are no longer suitable. Please email your change request to: bookings@timetripper.co.nz
• Time Tripper booking does not include Jet boat trip
