Cancellations

• All changes and cancellations are subject to our standard Refund Policy
• If your skydive is cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, your voucher will remain valid for a period of 12 months from the original booking date and you will need to re-book and jump within that time period on an alternate date

Changes to booking

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
• Bookings non-refundable but are transferrable. Re-booking your skydive without 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 rebooking fee. No-shows void voucher

• Valid for the location and day range selected at the time of purchase - please make your selection carefully

• Skydive Australia reserves the right to alter altitude or reschedule your skydive without notice due to weather, air traffic, and unforeseen circumstances
• As aircrafts periodically become unavailable, Skydive Australia reserve the right to change aircraft type without notice
• All bookings are given an ‘Arrival/Check in’ time only. Please note this is not a ‘skydive’ time. Whilst Skydive Australia endeavor to complete an individual’s tandem skydive within four hours of arrival, you are advised to arrive with no time constraints – you should plan for this to be a whole day’s activity

Terms & Conditions:

• Medical conditions which could affect your safety should be discussed with your doctor prior to your booking
• No alcohol or ‘recreational’ drugs are to be taken for at least eight hours prior to arrival. Please advise Skydive Australia if you are taking prescription medication
• Participants must be aged 16+ for this experience. All minors must have a legal guardian present on the day of the tandem skydive. All persons are subject to Tandem Master assessment
• All persons weighing 95kg and over will incur a surcharge of $50. Those weighing 105kg and over, a surcharge of $75 applies. Those weighing 115kg and over, a surcharge of $100 applies. All surcharges payable directly to Skydive Australia
• Please note: Participants weighing over 110kg are subject to DZSO/Tandem Master assessment and different weight cut-off limits may apply at each location
• All paperwork, safety briefing and gear-up must be completed

Please Note:

• Maximum one voucher redeemable per booking. Vouchers for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire voucher must be used in one visit; any unused portions of the voucher will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
