Ticket Redemption

• After you have made your booking request, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to your nominated email address. Please note this is NOT your official ticket
• Luxury Escapes will email your official match ticket (if available) to your email address seven (7) days before the event date
• Guests MUST print their official match ticket and take this printed copy to present on the day of the event
• Only official tickets will be accepted at the gate to allow entry. Make sure you have your printed official ticket ready for check-in
• Please note: If you have not received your ticket seven (7) days before the event date, please contact Luxury Escapes as soon as possible. Our support team will ensure you have access to your official ticket. Please check your spam folder to ensure your mail client has not diverted your ticket email there

Luxury Escapes Voucher Redemption

• Within seven (7) days of purchase, you will receive a unique code via email to access your $100 Luxury Escapes voucher
• You will be able to apply your unique voucher code at Luxury Escapes to spend across a range of accommodation or Experiences in Perth, WA
• Valid for use from 11 April 2024 to 7 June 2024 only. Must be used in one transaction (see Conditions of Offer for further details)

• Printed copy of official match ticket for presentation on the day (see How to Redeem section for further information)

Important:

• Only official tickets will be accepted at the gate, to allow entry
• Tickets are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
• You will be allocated the best available seats for your chosen seating category
• Seats are located in Section 141 (Rows 11–12)and Section 142 (Rows 15–22), subject to availability. See Seating Map here
• Guests are recommended to arrive early to avoid rushing

Match Ticket Terms & Conditions:

• Each ticket is valid for one person; further discounts do not apply for children aged 17 and under
• Children aged 17 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian
• Ticket is valid for AC Milan vs. AS Roma event only
• Ticket purchasers should note that the final team selection is subject to change for reasons including player availability and injury
• Please adhere to published ticket limits. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information
• See Optus Stadium Conditions of Entry here. Refunds do not apply for guests refused admission if they do not satisfy entry conditions

Luxury Escapes Voucher Terms & Conditions:

• Only valid for use on Luxury Escapes Perth-based accommodation or experiences
• No credit or refund will be provided for unused portions of voucher. Any unused portions cannot be used at a later date
• Not exchangeable for cash
• Must be used in one transaction
• Only one code can be used per transaction

Cancellations

• Tickets for this experience are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Refunds do not apply for guests who failed to present a printed copy of their official match ticket on the day of event for redemption

Changes to Booking

• Changes to booking cannot be accommodated
