• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100% Cancellations

• Cancellations received greater than 24 hours prior to tour commencement are fully refundable

• Cancellations received within 24 hours of tour commencement are nonrefundable

• Amendment requests are subject to availability and price changes. Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable. This is applicable to any tour participant who fails to arrive or arrives after tour departure

Changes to Booking:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Departure Point: Tour Information Booth, Grand Central Terminal (Meet at the Tour Information Booth in the Main Concourse of Grand Central Terminal. If you are standing at the clock in the middle of the concourse, the Tour Information Booth is located just to right of the Harlem and Hudson Line departures.)
• Tour End Point: Transit Museum, Grand Central Terminal
• Please ensure you are at your separture location 15 minutes prior to departure. Late arrivals will not be refunded

Please Note:

• Wear comfortable shoes
• This is a walking tour; guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty
• Please allow plenty of time to arrive for your tour. Transportation in NYC whether by taxi, car, or subway is notoriously slow and can often be unreliable
• Please arrive at the meeting point ready for your tour - prior to arrival use the bathroom and ensure you have eaten
• Food and drinks are not included
• Hotel transfers are not included
• Gratuities (for your guide) are always appreciated
• Tours are conducted in English
