• Exclusions: Food and beverages, souvenirs, additional attractions or experiences not specified, photos, hotel transfers and transport to Yas Island
• Note: Multi-park passes are valid for six consecutive days, starting from the day/time you visit your first park

Terms & Conditions:

• You must redeem this ticket at the first park of your choice on the date of validity shown on your ticket
• If you do not redeem the ticket on the date of validity, the ticket is void and you will not be granted access to the parks
• You can only redeem your second, third or fourth visits within six calendar days from the date of validity and provided you have redeemed the ticket in accordance with these terms
• The ticket grants you a maximum of two, three or four entries to the park(s) (you choose). If you visit the same park twice, it counts as two visits
• Each park can be visited multiple times; however, the total number of visits cannot exceed the number of entries on your pass
• Passes are non-transferable and intended exclusively for the designated holder – all entries must be redeemed by the same person
• Child rate applies for children aged 3–11. Children aged 2 and under do not require a ticket and can enter the parks for free (government-issued photo ID may be required as proof of age)
• Children aged 11 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult holding a valid admission ticket
• Height and safety restrictions apply – guests may not be able to experience all rides
• People of Determination: health and safety restrictions may impact your ability to use certain or all rides. Please check ride restrictions on park websites before purchasing your ticket
• You must at all times adhere to UAE morals and cultural values during your visit to the parks
• Certain rides, attractions, shows or outlets may be unavailable during your visit
• To use contactless services including FacePass or FaceTag in connection with your ticket, you must complete all enrolment requirements including confirming that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and providing appropriate consent (parental/legal guardian consent is required for guests under 18 or persons of determination)
• Admission and use of the parks and their services is at your sole risk and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator accepts no liability for loss, injury or damage sustained in the parks
• The operator may deny admission or remove you from the parks for any reason

Cancellations:

• This experience is non-refundable and non-transferable
• Once you purchase your ticket you cannot cancel it

Changes to Booking:

• You may change the date of your ticket, provided you notify us before 7pm on the day before your scheduled visit. A charge of AED 50 (approximately $19 AUD) will apply per person. Changes after this deadline will not be permitted

Please Note:

• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
