24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Please ensure you arrive 10 minutes prior to the start time for your tour. Your guide will wait for up to five minutes for latecomers before commencing the tour
• Bookings valid to 31 May 2025

• Exclusions: Drinks, additional food dishes and transfers are not included
• Set menu restrictions apply. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to the vendor(s)
• The tour can accommodate most dietary requirements - including vegetarian, vegan and lactose-free. However this tour is not suitable for those with gluten intolerance
• The walking distance for the tour is approximately 1.5 kilometres
• Please allow approximately three hours for this experience

• Tours are not suitable for children under the age of 10. All children over 10 will be charged the standard adult rate
• Children under 10 may attend, provided they are not eating. However, please contact Walk Melbourne Tours directly in order for them to be able to accommodate seating in each venue
• Tours operate in most conditions, besides torrential rain and extreme heat. Should torrential rain or extreme heat be forecast in Melbourne City within two hours of the tour, every effort will be made to reschedule and provide a refund
