Changes to Booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Enclosed footwear suitable for climbing stairs is recommended.
• Bring hats and sunscreen in summer, waterproof jackets in winter.
• Photography permitted, but sorry - no tripods, camera stands or selfie-sticks.
• Backpack baby carriers, strollers or prams are not permitted in the cave.
• Arrival at the ticket counter 10 minutes prior to tour time is required. During busy holiday periods your place on the tour may be reallocated if you have not checked in 5 minutes prior to tour departure.

• Tickets purchased are valid for the day selected at purchase only
• Visitors participate in the tour activity at their own risk
• After the first chamber, there are 370 steps required to descend to enter the cave, and 170 steps to ascend to exit the cave. Moderate physical exertion is required to enter this cave
