• Last entry is one hour before closing time, however, we recommend allowing a few hours to explore the zoo
• Tickets are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Advanced bookings are essential. Same-day bookings cannot be accommodated
• Some animal exhibits may close up to 30 minutes before closing time

Terms & Conditions:

• Tickets are valid for one-day entry only. Re-entry is not permitted
• Tickets can only be used for one visit and will be taken in by the supplier upon exchange
• Seniors tickets are valid for holders of a valid seniors card that must be presented at check-in
• For your security, bag checks will be carried out as you enter the zoo. Please have bags ready for checking
• No adult scooters are allowed on site. Heelys roller shoes must not be used as skates but may be worn as shoes
• All dates are subject to availability, and the supplier reserves the right to alter its opening times and availability of exhibitions/services at short notice
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
• Tickets are valid at any time during regular opening hours on your nominated date
• Bicycles, roller skates, rollerblades and skateboards are not allowed on zoo premises. Children’s scooters are permitted as long as they are supervised by an adult. No adult scooters are allowed on site. Heelys roller shoes must not be used as skates but may be worn as shoes
