• Meeting Point: Aspects of Kings Park Gallery Shop – 68 Fraser Ave, Kings Park WA 6005. Your guide will meet you by the shop, just off Fraser Avenue, along the front of Kings Park.
• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled start time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• Toilets are available at the start point and throughout the tour
• Parking is available at the Whadjuk Carpark off May Drive. Allow extra time for parking as it gets filled pretty quickly
• Please note, 90% of this tour is wheelchair accessible. The Hike Collective guides are trained to adapt the tour further should it be required
• Please allow up to two hours for this experience

• Child rate applies for children aged 4–16. Children aged 3 and under are not permitted. All children must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+

• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled. Guests will be offered a full refund or change of date per their preference

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made up to 48 hours before departure date: full refund less any booking fees and bank fees
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
