• Departure Point: 260 Emungalan Rd, Katherine, Northern Territory (follow Emungalan road until you cross the creek, after crossing the creek they are the first driveway on right hand side)
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2024
• Please arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to departure. Late arrivals and no-shows void offer

Important:

• Flights are not necessarily bespoke; sometimes multiple parties will be flown together
• Minimum of two passengers required for all packages and tours
• All tours are subject to availability and weather. All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure
• All passengers are required to occupy their own seat and are therefore required to pay full ticket price
• Transfers are not included. Guests must make their own way to and from the departure point
• Please allow up to 60 minutes for this experience, including take-off and landings

Terms & Conditions:

• A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to Katherine Helicopters. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
• Flight path is subject to change and route may be modified depending on flight conditions
• Weight restrictions apply: individual passenger weight is not to exceed 136kg
• Reservations are held only when weights are received and full passenger details provided
• Katherine Helicopters will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service
• Katherine Helicopters will keep the lead passenger informed if the weather does not look suitable for the flight. If the weather is not looking suitable Katherine Helicopters will offer other flight times available during passenger’s visit to Katherine, if this is not possible a full refund will be given
