• Drinks for purchase: Availability for drinks varies according to vessel and is subject to change. Guests are permitted to BYO (safe service of alcohol rules apply). Please note, all red wine will be prohibited from being boarded due to staining issues. Specialty drinks are available upon request and at an additional cost, payable directly to Mana Cruises
• Dietary restrictions: Please advise at time of booking if Vegan, Vegetarian, Allergic to nuts and other dietary requirements apply. Please note, that not all requests may be able to be met depending on availability. Out of caution for safety at sea, Mana Cruises reserves the right to withhold food or beverage services to guests with severe allergies
• This is a shared charter, meaning you will share your cruise with other guests
• Rates include the Ocean Stewardship User Fee (OSUF). This is a USD$1 fee applied to all participants of commercial ocean recreation activities. Managed by the Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR), the fee aims to fund the conservation, protection, and enhancement of Hawaii’s marine ecosystems. Mana Cruises collects and remits these fees to DLNR to assist with conservation efforts

Terms & Conditions:

• Partial refunds do not apply if any tour components were possible but guests choose not to proceed, or were ineligible due to failure to meet requirements
• Must be aged 21+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Minimum number of passengers is required to ensure departure. A maximum of six passengers can be accommodated on this cruise
• Cruises are subject to change in the event of situations outside of their control such as but not limited to high tides, river conditions, weather, forces of nature, pandemics etc.
• Inclusions are subject to change based on availability
• Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed
